Guidelines for ads

Before an ad appears, we check the images, the ad text and the landing page. We reject ads that break these guidelines. If a breach only comes to light later, we take the ad off the ad slot.

In particular, the following are not allowed:

• Content that infringes the rights of third parties, such as trademarks, copyright, image rights or personal rights
• Pornography, sexually offensive content or content harmful to minors
• Advertising for products from factory farming
• Political, religious or ideological content, including election advertising
• Depicting or glorifying violence, advertising for weapons
• Discriminatory, offensive or inflammatory content
• Gambling, drugs, tobacco and e-cigarettes
• Misleading advertising and false promises
• Any other unlawful content

By bidding, you confirm that you hold all rights to the images, texts and trademarks in your ad. If third parties make claims against us because of it, you indemnify us against them.
